Unanimous acquittal of our client charged with s20 GBH

After a 4 day trial at Norwich Crown Court, our client, charged with s20 Grievous Bodily Harm was unanimously acquitted.

Our client was charged following an incident between two chalet owners where the complainant attacked the client first resulting in our client punching in self defence. The trial included relying on an independent witness which supported our client's narrative. The incident occurred in 2020 and after a lengthy delay the trial finally commenced in 2023.
